CARBON FIBER PROCESSING
Moitech® specializes in custom carbon fiber processing, offering a complete service that includes design, rapid prototyping and the manufacturing of high-performance components. Carbon fiber is one of today’s most advanced materials for high-performance applications: thanks to its high strength-to-weight ratio, it enables the development of lightweight, stiff and reliable solutions for applications where every detail makes a difference.

A PARTNER FOR YOUR PROJECT
Moitech® works alongside companies, sailmakers, racing teams, boatyards and designers in the development of carbon fiber components, transforming a design requirement into a finished product through a complete process that integrates design, prototyping and manufacturing.
Every project starts with specific requirements. That is why we do not only offer standard components, but develop customized solutions capable of meeting the functional, structural and aesthetic requirements of each application. From one-off components to small production runs, we support the client throughout the entire development process, reducing lead times and complexity.
FROM DESIGN TO MANUFACTURING
The entire process is managed in-house, allowing us to maintain continuous quality control and achieve faster development times.
- Analysis of project requirements
- 3D CAD modelling
- FEM analysis
- Mold design and manufacturing
- Rapid prototyping
- Carbon fiber and fiberglass lamination
- Autoclave curing

- Quality control
MOITECH®’S EXPERTISE
Carbon fiber processing requires specialized expertise at every stage: from 3D CAD design and FEM simulation, which allow the component structure to be optimized before manufacturing, through to manual or assisted lamination and autoclave curing, which give the material its final stiffness and strength characteristics.
Moitech® also manages CNC finishing operations and quality control in-house for every carbon fiber component manufactured, ensuring that each part meets the dimensional tolerances and performance requirements defined by the project.
This vertically integrated approach to carbon fiber processing enables us to reduce lead times and maintain direct control over every stage of the process, from the initial CAD design to the finished component, whether for a one-off part or a small production run.
