RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Moitech®’s Research & Development department is constantly focused on advancing processes, materials and technologies, with the goal of providing increasingly efficient solutions and responding rapidly to new market requirements.
EQUIPMENT
Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies that allow us to manage and monitor the entire product development process, from design through to final manufacturing.
The available equipment includes:
- 3D design software
- 3D printer
- Autoclave (4000 × 1280 mm, curing temperature up to 120°C, pressure up to 8 bar)
WE SIMPLIFY THE PROCESS
Together with our CNC machining centers, the 3D printer enables rapid prototyping and the production of customized molds, simplifying the process and keeping all stages within the Moitech® laboratory. This allows us to respond quickly to market requirements.
Moitech® ensures maximum product efficiency and lightweight performance through the use of advanced materials and autoclave curing.
Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) with a choice of several high-performance technical materials:
- CA-PET Carbon Fiber
- Raise3D Premium ABS Filament
